Thank you for shopping with Wildflower Glass Art. We want you to be delighted with your purchase of our handmade glass art, but because our pieces are unique, please read your options below regarding returns, exchanges, and our refund policy.
1. Return Window
You have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. To start a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging with any protective or display materials.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided.
Please note: Custom or personalized pieces (e.g., commissioned glasswork) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
Contact us with your return request within the 14-day window. We’ll review your request and, if accepted, send you instructions on how and where to return the product. Do not send items back before approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defect or error by Wildflower Glass Art.
5. Exchanges
If you’re requesting an exchange (e.g., a different item or replacement for a damaged item), we’ll work with you once the original item is returned and approved. Any price difference between items may apply.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your handmade glass art arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
